LEWISBURG, PA – More than 80 priced-to-sell NEW to YOU art works from area collectors, including Dr. Loren and Jane Amacher,will be featured at the Packwood House Museum’s ARToberFEST, September 26 to October 7.

LEWISBURG, (Pa.) – A few seats are still available for Packwood House Museum’s next installment in their series of summer programs for kids, “Creating Dioramas.” Led by PA certified k-12 art educator, Colette Heim-Frantz, M.S. Ed, participants will learn the history of these 3D miniature visual devices and learn to create their own scenes using photographs, painted images, and miniature models of plants and animals. LEWISBURG, (Pa.)—Packwood House Museum is pleased to announce that its upcoming summer exhibit, “The Flair and Fashion of Edith Fetherston Through the Decades,” will open on June 26 with a members’ reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Featuring the local icon’s designer fashions from New York and Paris, as well as other items from the collection, the exhibit will look at men’s and women’s clothing from the late 1800s through the 1960s. LEWISBURG, (Pa.)–Packwood House Museum is pleased to announce its 2015 Summer Programs for Kids. Each session will be held 10:30 a.m. until noon on Tuesday mornings from June 16ththrough August 11th at the museum’s Tour Center, located at 15 North Water Street in Lewisburg, unless otherwise noted. All programs are free, but space is limited and the museum requests that parents pre-register their children by calling the museum at 570-524-0323.
